Your Daily Routine was built to help you succeed, made of habits that build your network and your business. If you follow it every single day for 3 months, you will be successful with Gym Studios.

1. Talk to Property Staff

(10 min, first thing upon arrival)

Every day, stop by the leasing office to chat with the property staff. The goal is building relationships, but on a regular basis you should offer them free / discounted training and ask about resident events.

2. Spend Time in the Gym

Make it your Home. Own it.

    • Attend a Class
    • Work out during peak hours
    • Train Clients, Friends, and Family
    • Do your activities, lessons, and business planning in the gym
    • Check bathrooms, put away equipment, maintenance, contact Gym Studios HQ if needed for maintenance, rearrangement of equipment, or equipment requests.

3. Networking / Marketing

Remember, it's all about building relationships

There are countless ways to network and market yourself and your services. Pick things you are good at and you enjoy. Ignore the rest. When in doubt, 3 / 6 / 9.

4. Get out and do stuff

Have fun, and talk about what you do

Get out of the fitness bubble and go do stuff you like doing with other people. Meet new people every day. Not only does it give you a break from the grind and let you live life, it's one of the most effective ways to get clients.

5. Check In with your Manager

We are here to help you succeed.

    • Weeks 1 - 2: Call daily
    • Weeks 3 - 4: Call weekly, Slack daily
    • Weeks 5 - 8: Call Bi-Weekly, Slack daily
    • Weeks 9 - 12: Call Monthly, Slack weekly
