1. How do I view my pay history?
Go to Pike13 > Your Dashboard > Pay History (in the side menu). You'll see a list of current pending pay and all previous pay periods. License fees and additional pay outside of Pike13 may not be reflected.
2. How do I get paid?
By default, you will be paid through Zelle. You will receive an email upon first being paid out. After setting up your account, it works like direct deposit. You may also request to be paid by check, which will be mailed to you.
3. How do I update my card info for my license fee?
Go to Pike13 > Clients > [Your Name] > Payment Methods (in the side menu). You can update and manage your cards there. It is your responsibility to make sure a working card is on file for your license fee.
4. How do I get an access fob?
Fill out the form here. (The link is also found below). You will submit a $25 deposit. Once filled out, the form goes to your Location Manager, who will personally take you to meet the property staff, show the form, and receive a fob. Do not attempt to get a fob on your own. Alternatively, you may receive a fob from Gym Studios, but you'll still need to meet the staff with your Location Manager.

Use this for EMERGENCY need only OR when trying to get in touch with other teammates regarding SUB needs (ONLY if teammate has been unresponsive to Slack). Slack is primary communication method for Gym Studios! Use of other communication should be kept to a minimum. Please do not use anyone's personal contact information for selling etc.
